Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso (or 1/3 cup of strong coffee)
- 1/3 cup of whole milk
- 1/3 cup of frothed milk
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon (optional)
Equipment:
- Espresso machine (or coffee maker with an espresso setting)
- Milk frother
- Coffee mug
- Spoon

Instructions:
1.
Start by using your espresso maker to create a shot of espresso. If you don’t have an espresso maker, you can still prepare a pot of robust coffee.
2.
Your coffee mug should now contain the espresso.
3.
Once the whole milk has been poured into a milk frother, continue to froth it until it becomes thick and creamy.
You can heat milk on the stove and whisk it till it foams up if you don’t have a milk frother.
4.
Over the espresso in the coffee mug, gradually add the frothed milk.
Once you have poured the majority of the milk, use a spoon to hold back the foam and scoop out the foam on top to put on top of the milk.

5.
For additional flavour and appearance, you can top the foam with cocoa powder or cinnamon, if desired.
6.
Enjoy your wonderful handmade cappuccino after serving!
NOTE:
For best results, use high-quality coffee beans and fresh, cold whole milk.
Also, be sure to clean your espresso machine and milk frother regularly to prevent any buildup or contamination that could affect the taste of your cappuccino.
